OUR
PURPOSE
Our purpose is to "Grow Deep" by fulfilling the Great Commandment of loving the Lord our God with all our heart, soul, and mind (Matthew 22:37-40), and to "Branch Out" by fulfilling the Great Commission and to make fully devoted disciples of all nations (Matthew 28:18-20).
God has called The Orchard to love and reach those in the Temecula Valley who do not regularly attend any church. In order to accomplish this, The Orchard will be an equipping center in an inter-generational setting where every Christian can be developed to his or her full potential for their ministry in the Kingdom of God.
This development will give joyous expression through a balanced commitment to:
- Exciting Creative Worship
- Teaching which is Biblical and relevant
- Supporting fellowship through vital relationships
- Inspiring people to experience a personal relationship with Jesus Christ
- Celebrating God's love through serving our community
We further intend to multiply our worldwide ministry by planting new churches in the
Temecula Valley. We will serve as a resource center and an encouraging model for churches in
California and the Nation.
STATEMENT OF
FAITH
We Believe that there is One Living and True God, eternally existing in three persons, the Father, the Son, and the Holy Spirit, equal in power and glory; that this triune God created all, upholds all, and governs all.
We Believe that the Scriptures of the Old and New Testaments are the Word of God, fully inspired, without error in the original manuscripts, and the infallible rule of faith and practice.
We Believe in God the Father an infinite, personal spirit, perfect in holiness, wisdom, power, and love; that He concerns Himself mercifully in the affairs of men; that He hears and answers prayer; and that He saves from sin and death all who come to Him through Jesus Christ.
We Believe in Jesus Christ, God’s only begotten Son, conceived by the Holy Spirit.
We believe in His Virgin birth, sinless life, miracles and teachings, His substitutionary atoning death, bodily resurrection, ascension into Heaven, perpetual intercession for His people, and His visible return to Earth.
We Believe in the Holy Spirit, who came forth from the Father and the Son to convict the world of sin, righteousness, and judgment, and regenerate, sanctify, and empower for ministry all who believe in Jesus Christ.
We believe the Holy Spirit indwells every believer in Jesus Christ and that He is an abiding Helper, Teacher and Guide.
We Believe in the present ministry of the Holy Spirit and in the exercise of all biblical gifts of the Holy Spirit.
We Believe that all Men are sinners by nature and choice and are therefore under condemnation; that God regenerates by the Holy Spirit, those who repent of their sins and confess Jesus Christ as Lord.
We Believe in the universal Church, the living spiritual body, of which Christ is the Head and all regenerated persons are members.
We Believe that the Lord Jesus Christ committed two Ordinances to the Church, Baptism and the Lord’s Supper.
We Believe in water baptism by immersion and communion open to all believers (Acts 2:38; I Corinthians 11:23-30; Luke 3:3).
We Believe in the personal, visible Return of Christ to the Earth and the establishment of His Kingdom; in the resurrection of the body, the final judgment and the eternal blessing of the righteous and endless suffering of the wicked.

Relevance - Committed to being on the “Cutting Edge” with the claims of the Gospel to rapidly changing culture.

Freedom - Rather than manipulation with binding rules and legalistic regulations, we seek to respond to the Holy Spirit, conforming us to the image of Christ Our Lord.

Family - We place a high priority on children and their emotional and spiritual development, aiming to maintain a high level of excellence in quality care and security for children of all ages.
